MANAGERS

 There are three type of manager :-

Top manager:- 

* establish it goals, strategy and operating policies

*manage the overall organisation

*scan environment

*relatively small group of executives

* Plan and make decisions

Middle manager:-

* Largest group of manager

* supervise and coordinate the activities of lower levels

* Allocate Resources

* develop and implement activities

Lower levels:-

*  supervise employees

* time spend supervising subordinate

* involved in day to day operations

* report to middle managers
