Individual behaviour is the set of actions performed by an individual the study of individual behaviour enables a person to determine how people behave in an organisational setting, manner in which they communicate with each other and also understand of their own behaviour

1 S-R Model:-there is always a reason for any human action or behaviour, S means stimulus-response behaviour believes that an individual response because some stimulus influences his behaviour .in human behaviour is influenced internal and external factor. stimulus either the internal motivation or it can be formed external factors like weather,atmosphere etc
2. S-O-R Model:- S-stimulus,O - Organism R- Response
according to behavioural theory the stimulus is developed by human himself which further result in certain response or behaviour. 'o" in this model is active and moving which performs the maintenance and regulatory function between S-R. o is regulatory functions monitors different activities of a person and tries to search out for the ways to outcomes various challenges so that desired result.
3. S-O-B-C Model:- S- situation O- organism B - behaviour C- consequence model:-
S- Include that situation like physical environment, social-cultural environment and all aspects of environment -stimulus
O is the individual who is not only physiological but also psychological by nature
B- it is concerned with both overt and covert behavioural pattern of the organism
C- both overt and covert Consequences of the human behaviour
